Philip Sheldrake has written a nice guide around Social media monitoring. There is a good analysis of the industry and he also positions free tools as well as the main players in the market. It seems Attentio’s coverage of European social media is still unique. I’d like to say thanks to him for making a few last minute adjustments after I read the first version! Nathan Gilliatt and e-consultancy are also coming out with new guides, so it is a space that is getting more attention…
